Metlife/MetDental Update
Official Out of Network Date: September 29th, 2020- Dr.’s Lindsey and Emily will be processing in-network claims through September 29th, 2020 until further notice. We will thereafter process out of network Met Life/ Met Dental claims. If you would like an insurance pre-authorization to see the impact this may have on your co-pays we would be happy to process any treatment plan you have which includes recommended work and future preventative (cleaning) appointments.

Once a request is processed we will contact you by your preferred method whether it be by a phone call, an email or send you a letter in the mail.
